Bronwyn has spent the past 30+ years working in management and leadership roles in professional services (predominately law firms).
She was a founding member of the Australian Legal Practice Management Association (ALPMA), and was national president for three years 2007-2010. She was also a founding executive member of the Australian Legal Sector Alliance (AustLSA), an association that works collaboratively across the legal profession to promote sustainable practices.
Bronwyn was instrumental in the establishment of a national qualification in Legal Practice Management and in 2010 was named the inaugural Industry ‘Icon’ for her contribution to Legal Management. She currently sits on the advisory board for the College of Law’s Master of Legal Business and has recently been seconded to the board of CLEAA (Continuing Legal Education Australia).
In addition, Bronwyn holds has held a number of private and unlisted public company directorships.
After holding a number of senior leadership and management roles, she is currently hosting Early Career Lawyer Monday Meet Ups and assisting the Principals and leaders of law firms make the most of their resources and the current business environment. Her consulting regularly covers areas she is passionate about including innovation, employee engagement, succession, lateral selection and integration, best practice operations, training, development and financial hygiene.
