Grevis Beard is a skilled and experienced workplace investigator, accredited mediator and engaging trainer and speaker.
His career, over the past two decades, has encompassed investigation, mediation, legal and advocacy roles in relation to managing matters of workplace behaviour.
Progressing from his legal roles as a solicitor and then barrister at the Victorian Bar, Grevis has worked extensively in the area of workplace complaint handling, and provided strategic advice both in Australia and the UK. He is now one of two directors of Worklogic Pty Ltd, a consultancy which assist its clients to minimise and manage workplace “behaviour risk” across Australia and beyond.
Grevis applies analytical and emotional intelligence to deal effectively and quickly with the many dynamics of any matter. Whilst acknowledging the often heightened emotional context of any particular matter, Grevis applies a balanced and interpersonal approach in handling what can often be complex, sensitive and confronting scenarios for those involved.
