After practising law, and holding positions in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for the legal industry, Heather Crichton joined PEXA in 2015 and now serves as General Manager – Member Support Services.
 
In this role, Heather oversees PEXA’s Support Centre, Training team and Member Experience function, leading these segments to cohesively deliver the best possible experience to Australia’s legal and conveyancing practitioners.
 
Her vision is to foster the development of a skilled unit who support and empower the PEXA network and in this capacity she has spearheaded a number of member-first initiatives.
 
Through this role Heather strongly advocates for lawyers and conveyancers as they continue to transition towards digital property settlements, whilst helping optimise operational performance.
