She specialises in nervous system literacy, trauma-aware practice and experience design, helping professionals create safer, clearer and more human-centred services.
Jax has trained over a thousand practitioners and contributed to the book Designed with Care: Creating Trauma-Informed Content.
Her work blends neuroscience, systems thinking and practical tools that support clearer thinking, steadier interactions and more sustainable practice for those working in high-pressure, client-facing roles.
