John Campbell, has for more than a decade, practiced in Dispute Resolution as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and of the High Court of Australia. He has represented clients in simple disputes, right through to large and complicated multi-party disputes involving millions of dollars or delicate political issues. He has represented individual, corporate, charitable and government clients in proceedings before all Courts in Queensland as well as in various specialist Tribunals and Commissions. His professional experience also extends to teaching law at Bond University, QUT and Griffith University, training and coaching in the mediation skills courses at Bond University and the Department of Justice and Attorney-General (Qld), auditing the performance of panel law firms for a major insurer, providing specialist dispute resolution consultancy services to an overseas law firm and assessing the overseas qualifications for practitioners seeking admission to practice in the Supreme Court of Queensland. John has experience working for a National “top-tier” law firm, has owned and operated his own law firm and held the role of General Counsel for one of Queensland’s fastest growing companies.
