I was interested in the other comments about what is needed in the FC. I suggest that where it is proven beyond reasonable doubt that a party has knowingly made a material misrepresentation (including disclosure and omission) that the Judges need to refer the matter for criminal prosecution or commence contempt proceedings with $5,000 fines. We need more case law on this. It may reduce the court time in litigated matters.
