Geovanna is an accredited family law specialist, has more than 16 years’ experience as a solicitor and now practices exclusively in family law. Geovanna has acquired a broad range of family law, commercial and property legal experience. For the last 11 years she has focused primarily on her family law practice with the addition of property, wills, estate and trust matters. This broad experience has given her an in-depth understanding of complex financial and commercial structures.
Geovanna’s experience has enabled her to become extremely effective in dealing with a variety of family law issues and situations. She is known for her practical, pragmatic, compassionate, and no-nonsense approach to resolving client’s legal issues. You can rely on her to provide honest, sensitive and structured advice.
Her focus is to work with each of her clients to find quick and amicable solutions to save them the emotional and financial cost of litigation. If litigation becomes necessary, she is a determined litigator who remains calm and focused on the critical issues while endeavouring to achieve the best result possible for each individual.
Geovanna’s main practice areas are property settlements (both basic and intricate and complex), parenting disputes, and divorce.
Geovanna is a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council, Collaborative Professionals (NSW) Inc, International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, and Central Sydney Collaborative Practice Group. She holds a Bachelor in Law as well as a degree in psychology. She can easily identify not only the important legal aspects of each client’s matter but also their individual and unique needs in order to tailor her service. Her aim is to assist her clients to move on from a difficult period of their life with certainty and renewed energy.
