Time Management That Works
This session provides a realistic, human approach to managing time, competing priorities, energy in an always-on environment.
In just one hour, participants learn how to shift from “busy all the time” to “clear on what matters most”. We introduce Coaching College’s TIME framework.
TIME is a practical loop leaders can use daily or weekly:
- T – Take stock
- I – Identify what really matters
- M – Make a realistic plan
- E – Eliminate, delegate, renegotiate
This can provide a model for a realistic workday, where emails do not drive your time management.
New habits create new results that can be set in place within a few weeks.
This is ideal for anyone looking to improve their productivity, reduce their stress levels when managing competing priorities and not have emails drive their day.
This session works as a stand-alone workshop or as a powerful introduction to Coaching College’s broader leadership and coaching programs.
In this 1-hour power session, you will:
- Reframe time management from “doing more” to making better choices regardnig what matters most.
- Use the TIME framework (Take stock, Identify what matters, Make a realistic plan, Eliminate/Delegate/Renegotiate) to plan their days.
