About your speaker:
Brigette was the ultimate superwoman juggling a successful business and family. Like many she didn’t see the warning signs. First came a brain tumour then breast cancer.
She felt totally responsible for bringing in an income and providing for the needs of her family. Living by the hormones of stress had become her “normal”. Brigette realised she needed to find a way to live so she could be there for her family.
Brigette went on a transformational journey. Over a 4 year period, she trained with some of the world’s best health practitioners from both Eastern and Western Medicine. She researched the science behind stress and studied to become an Integrated Health Coach out of the Institute of Integrated Nutrition in New York. She also studied with many of the Masters in India.
Ten years later she now has that elusive life balance without having to sacrifice anything. Her passion is inspiring women to get off the hamster wheel and to reignite their life so they can experience more peace and fulfilment and to avoid a stress related crisis like the one she went through.
Based out of Somers, a seaside town on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria Australia, Brigette has an online coaching and training business where she works with clients globally.
Brigette is also an adventureprenuer. You can find her hiking and cold water swimming in her downtime.
