About your Speaker
Bronwyn Pott provides strategic advisory support to firms in addition to holding a number of executive and non-executive board roles. She was an executive member and founding director of the Australian Legal Sector Alliance (AusLSA), an organisation which works collaboratively to promote sustainable practices across the legal sector. She was also a founding member of the Australasian Legal Practice Management Association (ALPMA), and was national president for 3 years from 2007.
Bronwyn is Practice Group Leader at Griffith Hack, former CEO at Swaab Attorneys where she worked for over 20 years driving the firm’s strategic planning developing a brand around exceptional client service and great workplace engagement. She fostered a work culture which saw Swaab become the only law firm recognised by the international group Great Place to Work in the 2011 list of the top 50 Australian employers. In addition, the Firm was the recipient of a number of awards relating to client service and was consistently ranked over an extended period for providing the best client service in the BRW / Beaton Client service awards in both the legal and general professional services markets.
Bronwyn was instrumental in the establishment of a national qualification in Legal Practice Management and in 2010 was named inaugural ‘Industry icon’ for her contribution to legal management and as well as sitting on a number of boards, now brings her expertise and know how to assist smaller firms to thrive and prosper.
