Emma is a senior member of the Property Law Practice Group and is an Accredited Specialist in property law by the Law Institute of Victoria (LIV). She has practised exclusively in Property Law since she was admitted as a practitioner in 2002
Emma provides highly specialised Property Law advice with a focus on conducting commercial acquisitions and dispositions, general conveyancing, commercial and retail leasing, off-the-plan developments and mortgage realisation matters.
Emma is a LIV Leases committee member and the LIV Accredited Property Law specialists study group.
