About your speaker, Anthony Anderson

Anthony Anderson is a globally experienced mindfulness trainer and teacher of meditation. He has practiced as a lawyer in Sydney before embarking on a career as a feature film producer, which required the full application of the meditation skills he was learning at the time. After producing two successful feature films, Anthony then transitioned to transformational facilitation in a corporate context, joining Aberkyn, a McKinsey company that focuses on shifting mindsets and behaviours and accelerating top team effectiveness. Working globally with large organizations, Anthony saw a particular need to share mindfulness skills for adaptability and resilience in demanding and uncertain times. With 3 decades of experience as a practitioner and instructor of mindfulness, Anthony knows this is a fundamental tool for balance, clarity and restoration, that can be learned easily and simply.
